The doctors of the Nephrology Department take an active part in a number of science & research projects, publish in international journals and give lectures at national and foreign conferences.The department has close cooperation with the transplantation laboratory (both these divisions are interconnected in terms of personnel) and with other divisions of the IKEM Experimental Medicine Centre.
In addition, we cooperate with other research teams of Charles University and the Czech Academy of Sciences. We have been developing international cooperation in research with European laboratories.
