The division of coordinators of the Nephrology Department helps to provide care to patients after kidney transplantation.
- The division ensures telephone contact with patients after kidney transplantation and helps to organise care if any health complications occur.
- The division ensures contact between general practitioners, local nephrologists and other doctors of regions, and doctors of the ND ward of IKEM TC.
- The division updates and administers the documentation and database of transplanted patients.
