Project:
Centre of Experimental Research of Circulatory Diseases and Organ Replacement (CERCDOR) at the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine
The main aim of the project is to modernise, in accordance with specific aims defined in the “Operational Programme Prague Competitiveness”(OPPC), instrumental and laboratory equipment for research at the Experimental Medicine Division of the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine (IKEM) and to establish the “Centre of Experimental Research of Circulatory Diseases and Organ Replacement – CERCDOR” at this division.
The purpose of the project is to invest in laboratory equipment in such a way that the research team can start working on the research hypotheses in the field of circulatory diseases and organ replacement and subsequently transfer these outcomes to practice during the implementation phase of the project. The project has only one stage and this 6-month stage will cover administration of tenders and implementation of investments in instruments. Support provided by structural funds is necessary to launch the work of the CERCDOR centre. Activities of this centre will provide an essential increase of competitiveness
