Budget, Payments, and Fees

A fixed start-up fee and an archiving fee are required to be included in the budget of any clinical trial or clinical evaluation. Additional fees depend on the complexity of the specific study.

Start-up fee (clinical trial or clinical evaluation) – CZK 40,000 excl. VAT
Start-up fee (observational study) – CZK 15,000 excl. VAT
Institutional pharmacy start-up fee – CZK 15,000 excl. VAT
Archiving fee – CZK 45,000 excl. VAT

 Pharmacy

If the pharmacy is involved, please fill out the initial pharmacy questionnaire and contact the pharmacy start-up coordinator, Markéta Olšovská, at marketa.olsovska@ikem.cz. Based on the information provided, she will prepare a separate budget for the pharmacy.

Archiving

Archiving of study documentation at IKEM takes place in accordance with applicable laws, internal guidelines, and the sponsor's requirements. This archiving fee is listed above.

Payment Details

Payments shall be made in accordance with the concluded contract. IKEM holds an account with the Czech National Bank, Na Příkopě 28, 1503, Prague 1. We accept payments in CZK, EUR, and USD.
