The magnetic resonance experimental team led by Assoc. Prof. Daniel Jirák, PhD, at IKEM, has collaborated with the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry, Czech Academy of Sciences, Prague, under the guidance of Richard Laga, PhD, to publish a recent article in the Scientific Reports Journal (Nature Portfolio, IF: 4.997). Their research introduces a novel phosphorus/iron-containing probes for dual 31P and 1H MR imaging and spectroscopy. These polymers can act as double probes and can be exploited to simultaneously assess biodistribution while visualizing body anatomy.
