You can become our patient upon referral of a specialised doctor (internist, cardiologist, nephrologist, endocrinologist, angiologist, etc.). You can send the completed type K referral form including the most recent report from your specialised doctor by post to the address of the unit or by e-mail to hejm@ikem.cz.
