The IKEM Nephrology Department represents the largest workplace providing highly specialist and comprehensive care for the sick following kidney transplants in both the Czech Republic and the whole of Central Europe.

- Kidney transplant program
- Own kidney biopsy program, transplanted kidney biopsy
- Renovascular hypertension program
- Dialysis program - haemodyalisis, haemodiafiltration, haemofiltration, peritoneal dialysis, plasmapheresis
- Renal osteopathy program
- Nutrition program for patients with decreased function or total kidney failure
